Overview
We are unable to refund bookings, except in exceptional circumstances or if unless the field is not available or otherwise unusable. If seven or more days has been given before the date of the booking, at our discretion in the first instance we will offer you an alternative date or time to suit you.
Bad weather will not be accepted as an exceptional circumstance due to the nature of our business.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
If more than seven days is given prior to the date of the booking, we will consider offering an alternative booking at our discretion.
